Mutual Acceptance & Escrow
Once the Purchase and Sale Agreement is fully signed by all parties we have mutual acceptance. The contract then goes to the escrow office. Earnest money is deposited with escrow within 48 hours.

Contract Fulfillment
We conduct and review all applicable contract items to endure there are no future surprises. These contract items are contingencies like inspection, title, appraisal, HOA review, etc. Renegotiation or termination of offer is allowed during contingency periods.
Final Walkthrough
You are almost there! Within five days of closing, you conduct a final walkthrough to ensure the house is in the same shape as when you placed your offer.
